Since instant messaging (IM) applications have been around for quite some time, I’m sure you’re familiar with them and you know pretty much all there is to know about them. So when I tell you that JANDI is a messenger-type application, you already have a pretty clear idea of what it can do: send instant messages to other people, use stickers to better express yourself, send and receive files, get notifications whenever you receive a new message

What you (probably) don’t know is that JANDI is a messenger application that’s meant to be used at work, by teams who want to communicate better. Cons:
JANDI Free comes with the least amount of features.

Pros

JANDI is available for Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, and the web. Signing up for a JANDI account is simple enough. Balloon tips and an animated tutorial present the main elements on JANDI’s interface. JANDI is a messenger application that’s packed with features meant to help teams work better together. Toss Lab offers live support to JANDI customers. JANDI is available as a Free, Standard and Enterprise Edition.

Cons

equently, it has business-specific features such as: group messaging, dedicated folders for projects, assign tasks to team members using @mentions, easily manage your to-do lists, integrate Google Calendar and other tools that your team uses, securely invite and remove employees, create a custom online domain that can be accessed through the web browser, powerful search that helps you quickly find anything, and more. JANDI is available for all major platforms. It is available for Windows and Mac, it is available for Android and iOS, and last but not least, it’s also available for the web (works within Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Apple Safari). This means you can use JANDI anytime and anywhere. At work on your desktop, on the go on your mobile, and even within your browser. To get started with JANDI on a Windows PC, you must perform two tasks: install JANDI on your PC and sign up for a JANDI account. Without an account, you can’t log into the application and use it. But don’t worry! Signing up takes very little time and a minimal amount of effort, chiefly because a wizard will guide you through the whole thing. The first time you sign into JANDI, balloon tips will display useful information about the interface’s main elements. If you need further help, click the 3-lines menu from the upper left hand corner and select Show Tutorial. This will bring up an animated tutorial that presents the main elements on JANDI’s interface. If you need further help, Toss Lab offers live support to JANDI customers. Oh, and let’s not forget about the JANDI YouTube channel that is packed with informative video tutorials. JANDI is available as a Free and as a Standard version, with an Enterprise edition currently in the works. The differences between these JANDI versions are highlighted here. But, if you’re planning to stick with the JANDI Free, the main thing you need to know is that you’ll get the least amount of features. There’s no denying that JANDI is a properly good messenger and a very useful communications tool for businesses. If you want your team to work better together, you simply have to give JANDI a try.
